Message Taking your way
Telephone Message Pad starts you with 3 widely used message taking forms. These forms can be used as is. But your business may have information needs that differ from others. Maybe you want to capture address information. Maybe you want to know where a caller heard of you. Maybe they ask for an extension number, something you use for tracking. TelephoneMessagePad allows you to add the information you need.
Creating your own forms
The screens at right show the functions included in Telephone Message Pad for managing your own forms. The three forms distributed with Telephone Message Pad are "read-only". They may be copied and the copies edited and renamed.
Starting at the Manage screen, at top right, you clone an existing form. Using the Design you move fields, add new ones, and delete unneeded fields. You can test the changes on your system.
Managing distribution of your own forms
When you are satisfied the changes are what you want, you can export your changes to all operators in your business using the import/export facility shown in the bottom two screens. There is no need to re-edit.
