You can easily integrate TelephoneMessagePad with Microsoft Outlook so that you can call up the Telephone Message Pad entry screen within Outlook itself with a single button click.

1. Customize toolbar

From the Tools menu, select Customize (circled).

2. Create TMP toolbar

The Customize dialog appears. From Toolbars tab in the dialog, click New, and create a new toolbar. Further instructions assume you use "TMP" as a name. A blank toolbar will appear (circled).

3. Drag icon

From the Commands tab, find "Web" in the Categories column and drag the Start Page icon to the TMP client area (light blue area), as shown.

4. Set URL

Right click the House menu in the TMP toolbar, select Assign Hyperlink, then Open. In the address line, paste in the link:

http://localhost:30715/msg_take.py?tpl_base=While_Out

and then click OK.

5. Add to toolbar

Drag the TMP title bar (dark blue) to the Outlook toolbar. Close the Customize dialog.
